Booked a parcel in at Kooringal PO (wagga), Paid for Express on Thursday 15th February, attendant said express would get to Stanmore the next day, checked on Friday 16th Feb., 1530hrs, parcel according to Aus Post tracking hasn't left the Kooringal PO. So much for paying extra for express, what a rip off, standard post would be just as quick. Difference in price not the concern, just that being told one thing when there appears to be no chance of it happening is something else.

Absolutely thrilled with Australia Post this time! They delivered my package right on time, even in a remote area. The courer was super friendly and even gave me a heads up before arriving. Top-notch service!

Really disappointed!!! My package was delayed without any clear reason, and it ended up arriving a week later than expected. Not what I signed up for.

I had a terrible experience . They left my package out in the rain without any protection, and it was damaged when it finally arrived. Customer service wasn't much help either!!!

My experience with delivery was okay. The delivery was on time, but the driver didn't ring the doorbell or knock, so I almost missed it. Just a small hiccup in an otherwise standard delivery

Mailed documents express post expecting them to be delivered next day or 2nd day. They were important. Posted on 19/10, arrived after27/10. Very poor

Your guess is as good as mine one site, not registered yet, deliver today, delivery was ment to be30 Oct, their sites recons 9th to 13th Nov. They clearly have no idea. What a sambles
