You can ask us to remove any information you shared with us (for example in a public comment or support request) by writing to the same address.

We use Cloudflare Insights to collect anonymous performance and usage data to help us improve website speed, stability, and user experience. This data does not include any personally identifiable information.

1. Who we are

K2Track ("we", "us", "our") is a free online tool for checking parcel tracking numbers. Our website address is k2track‑au.com.

2. What data we handle — and what we don't

To show the tracking information you ask for, you only type the tracking number into the form on the page. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal details.

• Local storage only. Tracking numbers you have typed are saved only in your own browser (LocalStorage) so you can quickly review recent searches.
• Not sent to our servers. We do not copy, store, or share those numbers on our side.
• Easy to delete. You can clear an individual number with the delete icon next to it, or clear your browser storage at any time.

3. Technical data and cookies

We use Cloudflare to keep the site fast and safe. Cloudflare places one strictly necessary cookie in your browser:

This cookie is not used for ads or analytics.

Note: When you visit, Cloudflare automatically logs your IP address and basic request details to detect malicious traffic. This is processed under “legitimate interest” (EU GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f)). The logs stay on Cloudflare’s servers and are not used for profiling.

4. Comments and support

You may leave a public comment or open a support ticket. Anything you write there is up to you. If you choose to include a tracking number or personal contact details, those will be visible to anyone who can see the comment. We use that information only to answer your question and then discard it.

5. Your choices

• You can delete saved tracking numbers by clearing them in the list or clearing your browser's LocalStorage.
• You can clear your entire browser site data at any time.
• You can contact us to remove a public comment you made on the site.

6. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe that a child has provided personal data on our site, write to us and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. If the changes are substantial, we will place a notice on the homepage.

8. Your rights under GDPR

Under EU law you can always:

• Access the personal data (if any) we hold about you.
• Correct or delete that data.
• Limit or object to how we use your data.
• Receive your data in a portable file.
• Complain to your local data‑protection authority.
